How do I receive my pattern?
Digital patterns are sent straight to your email as a download link right after purchase.
I can’t find my download email — what should I do?
Check your spam or promotions folder first. If it’s still missing, just send me a message and I’ll resend it right away.

Each DIY pack includes everything you need for a small creative project — materials, tools, and easy-to-follow instructions. Each listing will describe exactly what’s included.
Can I customize colors or materials for handmade items?
In many cases, yes! Just send me a note before ordering, and I’ll do my best to accommodate your request.

Do you accept returns?
Returns are accepted for unused, unopened craft supplies within 14 days of delivery.
